The Columbus Roadrunners Club (CRRC) is a non-profit organization with the purpose of promoting and encouraging running at all levels. Founded in 1975, the Club is the oldest club in central Ohio. It is a member of the Roadrunners Club of America (RRCA). CRRC members participate as runners, volunteers, and planners in a variety of events throughout the year. Benefits of membership include club-sponsored events, a regularly published newsletter, and club discounts at area running stores.

2013 Winter Run, 2/17/13
We want to thank everyone for coming out for the 31st Annua Winter Run. Our team of volunteers, with course set up, water stops, finishline and postrace food all did a wonderful job. This year there were 315 runners registered for the event, and thanks to your participation we raised over $3,500 for the Resurrecting Lives Foundation.

Community Running -- Clintonville
Community Running is free, a great way to meet new runners and to improve your fitness level. Since the beginning of 2013, we have been meeting every Wednesday, at 6:30PM, at the Whetstone Recreation Center. We meet in the back parking lot, near the Rec Center, and head out on the running path or in the neighborhood.
Community Running is a group running experience starting in the Clintonville area. Community Running is a group running program for anyone interested in running, from the novice to experience runner. Community Running is the concept of group runs as a community and running in the community. So let’s explore the community of Clintonville with other runners as you train for a personal best in 2013.
Old Hilliardfest 5 Mile Race & Kids Dash - Sept 8, 2012
Proceeds from the 5 Mile Run went to support Girls on the Run of Franklin County!
The Columbus Roadrunners Club hosted both the 5 Miler and the Kids Dash, as part of the Old Hilliardfest on Saturday 9/8/12 at 9:30AM. Due to poor weather conditions there was a small turn out for the 5 Mile Run, but everyone who showed up for the Run and Kids Dash had a great time.
The Kids Dash events included: 100 Yard Dash for 7 and under, 200 Yard Dash for ages 8-10, and the 1 Mile race for age 11-12. Awards were presented to the top 3 finishers boys & girls for each age group

2012 Winter Run, 2/12/12 -- For the Love of Running.
Thank you for everyone who participated in the 31st Annual Winter Run. The weather cooperated and we had a wonderful turn out for this year's Winter Run.

Columbus Marathon 2012, Thanks Volunteers -Expo & Water Stop
Again this year, the CRRC helped with the Columbus Marathon by staffing the Marathon Expo on Friday and Saturday. Our coordinator for the Marathon Expo was Will Kuhlmann.
On the day of the marathon, the Club organized the aid station near mile 16, with a Clif Shot station and the water stop. We had over 70 volunteers staffing this aid station, with support of club members and members of the community. Thank you Jim Sauer for coordinating the aid station for the past three years.

We had a wonderful turnout for this year's Summer Picnic. Thank you Len for hosting everyone over at your house. Wonderful food and we had some race conversations.

Old Hilliardfest 2010-- 5 Miler and Kids Dash ****Results**** 
On September 11, 2010, the Club hosted the Old Hilliardfest Kids Dash and 5 Mile Run. It has been 6 years since this event was help in conjunction with the Old Hilliardfest, and the CRRC is pleased to be a part of this event. It was a wonderful day for runners of all ages. The Kids Dash include runners 7 and under for the 200 Yard Dash, and a 1 Mile race for children 8 to 12.
The 5 Miler had 36 finishers, with the 1st place finisher, David Baker, with finishing time of 30:30. The course was a loop of the festival site and an then out and back on the Heritage Rails to Trails path.
