Weekly Group Run Information
TUESDAY: 6:45 am. 4 - 7 miles, Highbanks Metro Park. Take first left and meet in the parking lot by the rest rooms.
SATURDAY: 7:30 a.m. Highbanks Metro Park. We meet at the third parking lot of the Oak Coves Picnic Area—near the restrooms. We’ll plan on running one or two loops (7-14 miles) but we can help you with a route if you want to do a different distance.
SUNDAY: 8:00 a.m. Highbanks Metro Park. Take first left and meet in the parking lot near the bathrooms. Several different groups start at this time. Paces & distances vary. No particular contact name, just show up and join in!
